Breckenridge sits close to the Upper Colorado and Blue River, however these rivers can have some of the roughest rapids in the state, so its often better to travel some to fish wehe the boys can just go and you know they're safe!

the photos above were taken on our property in Buena Vista, Colorado. Buena Vista is a little over an hour from Breckenridge but we can definately go there and enjoy the creek. It's a very safe place for the kids to fish and tube. (the lake in the pictures is actually off the property and about 10  minutes going up towards the Hot Springs and the Continental Divide.
