Games will be played at Kingdom Park and Upper Blue Elementary Fields Team Registration and Check-in by appointment starts at Friday (optional) 8pm Host Beaver Run Check-in by appointment (mandatory, you will receive this the week prior) Beaver Run Hotel starting at 8am Coaches meeting prior to tournament (mandatory at least one coach from each team) – Sat Afternoon Time 12:30 –at  Beaver Run Hotel OPENING PIZZA PARTY in the Rec Room. Minimal Charge for Adults ($4.00 per) starting at 2:00pm at the Beaver Run Resort – Followed directly by Opening Ceremonies at the Kingdom Park Facilities Teams need to be to line up ready to go at 4:00pm (diagram to follow of where you need to be) Ceremonies at 4:15pm Skills contest will begin Saturday at 5:00pm for the 14’s at Meadow Wood Sports Complex 1-Home Run King – 2 players from each team – each player gets three swings 2-Fastest Runner – 3 players from each team – Timed event around the bases 3-Around the Horn – 6 players from each team – pitcher to catcher, catcher to first, first to right field, right field to second, second to center field, center to shortstop, shortstop to left field, left field to third and then back to the pitcher! Timed Event Pool Games start Sunday The length of the tournament depends on the number of teams and of course the weather! If all goes well games will end on Thursday or Friday Coaches meeting for seeding Monday evening time TBA at Beaver Run Hotel
